About this district

Neukölln is the home of Berlin99. From here we did start to manage apartments. The district of Neukölln is located between Tempelhof-Schöneberg in the west, Treptow-Köpenick in the east and Kreuzberg in the north. Neukölln is considered a typical residential district. There are numerous apartments in old buildings, and these are often still available at affordable prices. The district is home to genuine Neukölln residents, young students and families from around 160 nations. Living in Neukölln can mean everything from living in the trendy district around Weser Straße – the so-called Kreuzkölln – to suburban living in the countryside.

A special feature of Neukölln is the connection to two airports. On the one hand, the Berlin-Schönefeld Airport is nearby and on the other hand, it is not far to the former Tempelhof Airport and the so-called Tempelhofer Feld, where thousands of people experience and enjoy nature at any time of the year. Whether it is barbecue, numerous sports or a long walk – the Tempelhofer Feld is the leisure hotspot of Neukölln, Kreuzberg and Tempelhof. The connection to the other parts of the city is ensured by the Ringbahn, the U-Bahn and many bus lines.

Around Karl-Marx-Straße, Sonnenallee and Hermannstraße there is a huge selection of culinary experiences from all over the world. In addition to the Kreuzberg district, Neukölln is one of the best and most diverse addresses for food and culture. Due to its centuries-old Bohemian history, the district of Rixdorf presents itself as a traditional village with fantastic German food and beer. The highlight of the district is 48 hours Neukölln. A forum for artistic projects of all branches of the Berlin art scene. Musicians and artists open their doors and show their work. Neukölln has a special place in the heart of Berlin99. Our tip: the Sudhaus of the Berliner Kindl-Brauerei.
